Breakfast with Mrs. Reed

This picture is of me and Mrs. Reed at a wedding over the summer. She is the mom of my good friend, Heather, so I've known her since elementary school. She was my youth group leader during high school and a spiritual encouragement to me over the years. I left for college, but we kept in touch, getting together for breakfast while I was home on breaks. We continued that tradition today and met for breakfast this morning. It was nice to spend time with her and catch up a bit. I will always appreciate her mentor role in my life, and I am thankful for the friendship we have!
