It's a great day when there is time for a nap! I took a nice, hour and a half nap today, and it was wonderful! They don't happen often enough, but when they do, I love it!
Maybe I'll start scheduling in a nap every Friday afternoon - wouldn't that be a nice way to always start the weekend?

YES! I often take a quick nap on fridays-or at least lay down for awhile! actually i just woke up from one lol! I try and grab a little bit of sleep fri afternoons...specially when the groups are coming in late that night!
